Sweet Stella and Twin boys at 21 weeks!

The Ham's rented a beach house at Wrightsville very last minute and we packed up and moved down there for the week.(Mary Grey found a great discount of course:) We had a great week until we were evacuated on Friday because of Hurricane Irene! Grandma Ham joined us for the week and watched her fair share of the weather channel! We had alot of visitors- Mary Grey's brother Allen from Georgia. Uncle Larry and cousin Liz Ham came down a few nights. We also hung out with Aunt Susan and cousin Courtney a bit. We played a lot of bananagrams, walked down to Cafe Del Mar, got half price sandwiches at Jerry Allen's and enjoyed just hanging out on the porch overlooking Banks Channel.

Here are a few pictures from the photo shoot. It was so hard to choose my favorites because he was so happy during this photo shoot. But I try to be practical when it comes to ordering prints because how many can you really put up in your house. I know each age we will want to capture his precious faces and personality but it gets expensive to get them done professionally. Thank goodness for the gift certificate that someone gave us for the sitting fee! I know we will soon be taking some more newborn pictures of his little brothers! I should ask other mom's which age to do a big picture for the house. I was thinking around 4 or 5 years old. What do ya'll think?

Good ol' Ocean Isle Beach

These are a few pictures from our Ocean Isle Beach Week with Liz's family. MJr has been hilarious lately with his "funny" face - I figured I'd join him and it turned out to be a great picture. I will say this thought, vacationing at the beach with a 1-year old is like WORK. We had a blast though and MJr loved the water, especially the pool. We also celebrated his 1st birthday - hard to believe. What an awesome year!

Matthew turns 1!!!!!

We had such a wonderful birthday party for Matthew! With the help of my friends and family- we pulled together a farm animal themed party with a lot of cute stuff! He got some really fun toys/books/clothes. I told Matt last night- our house got a lot louder- every toy makes loud noises or moves! Of course our wild man loved them all:)
